After going through the facts in both persons argument, choose the best course of
action that will resolve the issue.
1. This activity is for the whole class. There are 10 roles to undertake. It is suggested that there are two people per role and the rest of the class will act as jurors. The Roles are: a. One of Ned Kelly's sisters
2. Divide up into 10 students per group and read through these websites by allocating 1 - 2 websites for each student. Remember you are to particularly look at your role or that of a juror but also of the other roles within your group. You might like to undertake the Expert Jigsaw Strategy within your group as long as you can be certain of obtaining information about your role. 3. Read through these websites: 4. After reading through the above websites, make a Presentation about the Life of Ned Kelly from your roles or that of a juror or even a jailer. 5. Using the information that you have gained from the above websites, create your own "Trial of Ned Kelly" by maintaining your roles.
