1. Magazine Associations brag about the number of readers of their magazines but is it true?

Go to Roy Morgan - Australian Magazine Readership

Roy Morgan

Look at the Readership ('000s) and list the top 10 magazines in Australia in order of size.

2. Can you think about who might read these magazines? What is the gender? What is the age range? Discuss with a partner.

3. Should Coles and Fresh be regarded as a magazine? Why? Why not?

What about Open Road? It is provided to NRMA Members.

4. Was there any information that surprised you? What was it? Why did it surprise you?

5. Is there any magazine that your family gets and reads?

6. Create your own survey of your class and their families' readership. See if the results compare to Roy Morgan's results.
