2. Write down all the facts and figures and any questions you might have that are not explained.

3. Form into groups of 3 - 5 students and share with each other what you have learnt.

4. Fill out the Ultimate UHF Cheat Sheet.

5. "UHF radio is a great way of staying in touch with your convoy or just to see who’s about. Most importantly, it is a vital link to the outside world when things go wrong." This is the basis of a short story!

6. Each person in the group is to write an Introduction using these two sentences above to set the scene. After 5 minutes and one paragraph, fold up your paper so the next person cannot see what you have written. Pass your paper onto the next person. The next person is to start writing the body of the story - again only 1 paragraph. After 5 minutes and one paragraph, fold up your paper so the next person cannot see what you have written. Pass your paper onto the next person.

The next person is to continue writing the body of the story - again only 1 paragraph. After 5 minutes and one paragraph, fold up your paper so the next person cannot see what you have written. Pass your paper onto the next person.

The next and last person will write the conclusion - again only 1 paragraph.

At the end of this exercise, each student will have their own paper with other paragraphs written by members of their group. Now it is time for fun! Unfold the paper and start reading! Hopefully it will be hilarous reading!!!
