TeacherTeacher

You will need to give instructions to the class about Circle the Sage.

You are the one to nominate the Sage initially and the team members (3 - 5).

Stimulus material: Career Exploration Guide in Medical Imaging - Website

Local copy - Word.

Materials needed: Access to Internet or Word; Notepad and/or pencil.

Suggestion: give the material to your Sages in the teaching period before to read and be ready to for the next period.

Students

1. Your teacher will have nominated a "Sage"  for your team of 3 - 5 students.

The Sage is to read the following material either on the website (note it is USA based) or the local copy (that has some irrelevant material deleted). Read

Kemper Medical

2. Those students (the Sages) stand and spread out in the room.

3. The teacher then has the rest of the classmates each surround a Sage, with no two members of the same team going to the same sage.

4. The Sage explains what they know while the classmates listen, ask questions, and take notes.

5. All students then return to their teams.

Each in turn, explains what they learned. Because each one has gone to a different sage, they compare notes.

If there is disagreement, they stand up as a team. Finally, the disagreements are aired and resolved.
